LG&E and KU terms of use

The LG&E and KU Online Services Agreement ("Agreement") applies to the Websites of LG&E and KU Energy LLC and its affiliates Louisville Gas and Electric Company ("LG&E") and Kentucky Utilities Company (including d/b/a Old Dominion Power Company) ("KU"), (collectively, “LG&E and KU”) and electronic content, as well as any features or content we may add in the future (referred to as "“Online Services"). In this Agreement, we frequently refer to "LG&E and KU" together. However, this Agreement does not have the effect of making an LG&E customer a customer of KU or making a KU customer a customer of LG&E, and using our Website(s) does not make you a customer of either LG&E or KU. The Online Services include those Websites on the lge-ku.com domain as well as on other Internet domains operated by our affiliates, agents, or alliance partners. In continuing to access or use our site, you agree to follow the Agreement's terms and conditions as they may apply to you. Without notice, from time to time, due to required or needed technical maintenance, the Online Services may be interrupted or not available.

Both the Agreement and our Website include important disclosures and regulatory information that are associated with the Online Services.
