Landlord agreement
If you own or manage rental properties, a landlord agreement helps keep utility service active and billing organized when tenants move in or out.
Simplify your rental unit utility bills
A landlord agreement makes it easier to manage utility service for your rental properties. It helps ensure electric and gas service stay on between tenants while keeping billing responsibilities clearly defined — so you can focus on your properties, not utility logistics.

When your tenants move or discontinue service
When a tenant requests to stop service, we'll automatically transfer the account back into your name so the property stays covered until a new tenant applies.
If a tenant's service is disconnected for non-payment, service will remain off until one of two things happens — the tenant pays the overdue balance in full, or the tenant vacates and you authorize us to transfer service back into your name.
