How Peak time rebates work
Peak Time Rebates lets residential and small business customers earn cash incentives by reducing electricity use during scheduled Peak Time events on high-demand days.
You will receive a notification at least one day before a Peak Time event is scheduled to take place. During the Peak Time event, you can choose to use less energy for the duration of the event which lasts from two to five hours. If you choose to reduce your energy use during the event, you earn a cash incentive on your bill.
