Group leader of Operations and Manager of Policy and Tariff in Transmission, where he supported system restoration following the 2008 Ice Storm, coordinated tariff-related requirements, and led implementation of FERC Order 1000.
Manager of Revenue Requirement in Rates and Regulatory, leading the team responsible for cost justifications and allocations that support customer rates.
