Payment arrangement request
If you are unable to make your payment by the due date and have received a separate disconnect notice, pay what you can and set up a payment arrangement.
Need more time to pay?
You have multiple self-serve options to set up a payment arrangement. The past due amount must be paid by the new date to avoid disconnection.
Mobile app
Sign in to the mobile app and look for the Payment Arrangement option in the Available Payment Programs section.
Online
Sign in to My Account and click Payment Arrangement in the Payment Programs section to get started.
Phone
Have your account identifier (typically the last four digits of your Social Security number) and your account number handy. Call the number below and use the fast path to request a payment arrangement. If you’re eligible, the system will automatically extend your payment for the longest available time. Be sure to pay by that date to avoid disconnection of service.
