Sign up to receive your bills via email — it's simple, safe, and secure.
You’ll receive an email each month that provides the current amount due and the payment due date, along with a link to view or pay your bill safely and securely. As always, you’ll still have control over how you want to pay!
Sign in to My Account, go to Account settings, In the Billing box, next to Paperless, click Enroll
On the mobile app, tap Paperless Billing and then Sign Up for Paperless Billing. This option is available to residential customers and small business customers on the “General Service” rate.
